Music forms my being
Everything I am
All I see in living
All i understand
Drugs can't calm the frantic feeling
Blades can't hush the anger
Cold it cannot freeze the tears
They fall and fall again
Music reaches deeply in
And twists the soul to see
Every little detail
And every little thing
And nowhere seen I've seen before
Nothing I have felt
Is anything the way I feel
When music plays and melts
My heart my blood my skin rips apart
The cell that formed around my eyes
The bars they fall and shatter
Freedom is seen for the first time
The silence tagged my foot at the door
And I fall... down in a spiral of darkness
Back into the dark and now Im caught again.

You described such an intagible feeling in a way that I would never be able to figure out for myself. Very well written, word choice is great, and the message gets across nicely.
